At TRÆUR, our goal is to make your shopping and shipping experience smooth and straightforward.

1. Shipping within Denmark

• Orders under €50 (or equivalent in DKK): Standard shipping fee applies.
• Orders €50 or above (or equivalent in DKK): Free shipping.

2. Shipping within the European Union (EU)

TRÆUR delivers to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

• Orders under €50 (or equivalent in local currency): Standard shipping fee applies.
• Orders €50 or above (or equivalent in local currency): Free shipping.

Note: Customs duties and import taxes for EU deliveries outside Denmark are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Times

• Denmark: Standard PostNord deliveries usually take 3–7 business days.
• EU Orders: Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email so customers can follow their package.

5. Additional Information

• All prices are displayed in Danish Krone (DKK).
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the subtotal of the order before taxes.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for EU deliveries outside Denmark.
