Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their item. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, TRÆUR will cover the return shipping cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved watches, including special orders or personalized designs
- Gift cards
Sale or discounted items are only eligible for return if required by applicable consumer protection laws. For clarification, contact support@traeur.com before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
